Thanks for signing up. We built Motor's AI agents just for DSPs, to handle dispatching and new-hire setup. Here's what they do:

  • Dispatching Motor builds your shift plan from your weekly capacity target and labor rules. It flags conflicts and lets you fix anything before it publishes.
  • Onboarding Motor collects new-hire details, sends contracts for signatures, and tracks required training.

We're inviting DSPs in small batches, so please be patient with us.
